Hyundai Steelpipe adheres to the 'Four Major Practices' stipulated by the Fair Trade Commission and operates policies to ensure fair trade. This commitment aims to enhance the competitiveness and continuous growth of our partner companies.

  • Guidelines for Desirable Contract Introduce and comply to this contract to ensure fair trade
    • Determine an appropriate deadline through adequate discussions.
    • Calculate a reasonable unit cost reflecting raw material price, exchange rate fluctuations, and price increases.
    • Prohibit unreasonable price reductions.
  • Partner Selection (Registration) and Management Guidelines Fair and objective selection and operation (change in registration) of partner companies
    • Guarantee of fairness and transparency in partner company selection (registration) and cancellation standards (by disclosing standards and procedures).
